摘要
探讨了基于MOSFET驱动芯片IR2110的H桥式直流电机驱动问题,并在ATmega128处理器构建的控制平台上实现运动系统智能控制方法。驱动器设计为单极工作模式,输入单PWM信号使任意方向的导通和截止交替进行,完成电机的线性调速,并根据ATmega128控制器接口,开发了对应的运动控制程序。设计中将逻辑预处理电路和功率驱动电路相结合,简化了控制信号接口,增强了系统安全性。实际应用表明设计方案结构简单、功耗低、动态性能好。
This paper discussed problems about the DC motor driving based on H bridge structure using the MOSFET driving chip IR2110, and implemented the intelligent control methods of motion system on the control flat constructed by ATmega128 processor. It designed the driver as the single pole running mode, in which input a single PWM signal to keep the alternation of turning on and off can finish the linear speed adjustment, and according to the interface of ATmega128, developed the relevant motion controlling programs. In the design, the combination of logical preprucessing circuit and power driving circuit simplifies the controlling signal interface, strengthens the system security. The practical application implies the project has simple structure, low energy consumption, and good dynamic performance.
