摘要 主要介绍了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的降解机理。EVA树脂的纯度、分子结构、热加工过程以及交联对其降解有影响,同时气氛、水分以及酸等对EVA的降解也有不同程度的影响,各种添加剂(主要包括抗氧剂、炭黑和填料)对EVA的降解有延缓或促进作用。广泛使用的EVA材料已面临长期使用的现实问题,迫切需要深入地研究其降解过程和影响因素,这颇具理论和实际意义。 The degradation mechanism of ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA) copolymer was introduced in this paper. The purity, molecular structure, thermal processing and crosslinking have an effect on the degradatio ambient atmosphere, moisture and acid are also deemed as factors that influence the degradation besi n of EVA, and des diverse additives including antioxidant, carbon black and inorganic filler. As widely used material, EVA is facing the problem of long-term use. Consequently, it is urgent to investigate the degradation process and its influential factors, which is significant both in theoretical and practical level.
