摘要
为了解决棉Tencel混纺竹节布在生产中出现的布面起圈、纬缩等问题,通过调整穿筘、穿综、穿停经片方法,优选经位置线、开口时间、开口量、喷嘴气压等织造工艺参数,并采用小开口、高后梁、早开口、迟引纬的工艺配置,基本消除了织造过程出现的疵点,织机效率由66%提高到85%左右,下机一等品率达到96.5%以上。
To resolve the problems including fabric surface looping and weft shrinkage et al in producing cotton Tencel blended slub fabric, method of reed-in, heddle and dropper draft were adjusted, weaving processing parameters were optimized including warp shed line, shed timing, shed angle, jet nozzle pressure et al, processing configurations of smaller opening, higher back beam, earlier shed timing, later weft-inserting were adopted. Defaults in weaving process could be eliminated basically,loom efficiency could be improved from about 66% to 85% , first grade percentage before cloth repairing could reach above 96.5%.
