摘要
人力资本结构不平衡是区域经济差异的形成原因之一,人力资本结构与区域经济发展之间存在相互作用关系。我国东、中、西部地区人力资本投资结构、人口配置结构和产业分布结构等由于经济发展水平的差异而表现为有限均衡变动。尽管人力资本平均水平逐步提高,但人力资本结构性矛盾依然存在,在此基础上提出了相应的调控对策。
Human capital structural imbalance is one of the most important factors to result in regional economic disparity. There are interrelations between the human capital structure and the development of regional economy. The human capital investment structure,population allocation structure and industry allocation structure is evolving on a limited balance in the east, middle and west zone of China because of the difference of economical development. The human capital structural contradiction still exists, although the human capital average level is gradually rising. Based on that, the article puts forward corresponding manipulative countermeasures.
