摘要
以4-硝基苯肼、自制的己二酰二氯原料,用冰浴法合成了己二酰-1′,6′-双(4-硝基苯肼)化合物,并用NBS/Pyridine氧化体系脱氢得新化合物己二酰-1′,6′-双(4-硝基偶氮苯)化合物,产品的结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR确证,收率80.2%。该合成方法反应时间短、产率高、操作简单、现象明显,是制备该类化合物的一种快速简便的方法。
Adipic-1′,6′-bis(4-nitrophenyl hydrazine) has been synthesized in ice bath with 4-nitrophenyl hydrazine and adipic chloride made by ourselves.At the same time, adipic-1′,6′-bis(4-nitroazobenzene) is synthesized firstly with oxidation system N-bromosuccinimide/pyridine.The products are confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.The yield of adipic-1′,6′-bis(4-nitroazobenzene) is 80.2%.
