摘要
研究了抗坏血酸作为还原剂硅钼蓝分光光度法测定去离子水中的微量二氧化硅的适宜条件。实验表明,常温下10min可显色完全,对去离子水进行7次测定,方法精密度RSD≤7%,样品加标回收率为97%,测定结果与国家标准结果一致。
Trace silica in de-ionized water was determined by silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method with ascorbic acid as the reducing agent.According to the experiment,it will take 10 minutes to stained completely at room temperature.The RSD is ≤7%(n=7).The average recovery of standard addition was 97%,the result is coincident with national standard result.
