摘要
本文从邯郸地区区域创新体系建设需要出发，对科技中介组织和科技服务体系的涵义、内容及其在创新体系构建中的作用进行了分析，揭示了其中存在的问题，并对如何解决这些问题作了探讨。
Based on the demand of regional innovation system construction, This paper introduces the meaning and cotent of science and technology intermediary organizations and service system, and analyzes its function in the science and technology innovation system, then discussed the exstent problems and their solution.
