摘要
介绍了镇海炼化公司1.2 Mt/a连续重整装置上成功应用全馏分加氢工艺和美国环球油品公司第2代超低压连续重整工艺、第3代Cyclemax催化剂连续再生技术等先进控制技术的应用情况。通过优化各系统工艺操作条件,不仅提高了装置平稳率,降低了操作人员劳动强度,而且能够卡边进行操作,达到了提高目标产品收率和装置节能降耗的目的。
The full function hydrogenation process, the second generation super low pressure CCR process, the third generation Cyclemax catalyst continuous regeneration technology etc are introdued, advanced control technologies have been successfully applied in the Zhenhai Petrochemical Co. 1.2 Mt/a CCR unit. By optimizing the process operation conditions in the system, not only the device operation stability is improved and the labor intensity of operators is reduced and the unit can operate at the maximum capacity to improve the product yield and reduce energy consumption.
