摘要
以膨润土为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、单体丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为插层剂,通过离子交换法,在过硫酸钾的引发下,合成了一种新型的复合材料P(AMPS-AM)/CTAB/Na-MMT,并对其结构进行了红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)表征。考察了单体配比、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的加量以及膨润土加量对该复合材料降滤失量的影响。实验结果表明,在丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸的比为6∶1,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的加量为5%,膨润土加量为15%时该复合材料的性能最好;检测结果显示,膨润土表面的羟基参与了反应,P(AMPS-AM)/CTAB进入到膨润土夹层,其层间距增大了0.711nm,而改性前后膨润土的形貌并没有发生大的变化。
With montmorillonite as.raw material, acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropylsulfonic acid and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as intercalation agents,a new composite as filtrate reducer was synthe-sized by initiator of potassium persulfate. The composite material was characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopes(SEM). The effects of the monomer ratio and the mass fractions of CTAB and montmorillonite on the composite performance were investigated. The results of the test showed,when the mass ratio of AM/AMPS was 6/1,the mass fraction of CTAB was 5% and the mass fraction of montmorillonite was 15%,the composite synthesized has a better performance. The results of FT-IR,XRD and SEM showed that the hydroxy of montmorillonite surface reacted with other monomer in-tercalation of the monomer and CTAB could make the layer distance of montmorillonite enlarge 0. 711nm, but the color between before and after, montmorillonite modified had not greatly changed.
