摘要
改革开放三十年来,我国坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,大力发展社会主义民主,积极推进公民有序政治参与,使我国公民政治参与取得巨大进展:公民政治参与意识不断增强,主动性参与明显增多;基层民主快速发展,公民政治参与规模显著扩大;公民政治参与程度逐渐加深,获得了更多的选举、决策、管理、监督等权利;公民政治参与渠道日益增多;公民政治参与的规范化、制度化程度有所提高。
Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has insisted on taking the way of building the socialist politics with Chinese characteristics, developed socialist democracy, pushed forward orderly political participation of Chinese citizens. Glorious achievements have been made in political participation of Chinese citizens： chinese citizens＇ awareness of political participation has increased greatly, and they have had more initiative to participate ; the democratic system at the grassroots level have developed fast, and the scale of citizens＇ political participation has extended;the degree of political participation of Chinese citizens become deepened with people having more rights of election, decision, management and supervision; there are more channels for political participation of Chinese citizens; political participation of Chinese citizens become more standardized and systematic.
