摘要 高效毛细管电泳(High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis,HPCE)技术是一种新型高效液相分离技术,具有快速、高效、高灵敏度、重复性好、易定量、非同位素操作、可实时监测及全自动化等优点,广泛应用于化学、生物学、医学、环境卫生等各个方面,尤其是用于生物医学,如甄别人类遗传性基因缺陷、对基因进行定量分析、微生物学和病毒学分析、法医分析、基因治疗等。目前,在临床检验中HPCE主要用于检测糖、蛋白质、核酸等。
