摘要
目的自制石杉碱甲骨架缓释片(HA-MT),考察石杉碱甲骨架片中释放的体外释放特性。方法考察通过释放度实验研究不同制片工艺、测定方法、释放介质的pH值、搅拌转速对骨架片释药的影响,并考察其释药机制。结果制片方法、测定方法对释药行为影响不明显,但转速和溶出介质有明显影响。药物释放曲线符合HIGUCHI方程。结论制备的HA-MT工艺简易,释药达到缓控释要求,释药机制为扩散和溶蚀机制协同作用。
Objective To prepare huperzine-A matrix tablets (HA-MT) and study the factors influencing in vitro release of HA-MT. Methods The preparation technique, test methods, medium pH values, rotation speeds of HA-MT and so on were studied by in vitro dissolution experiment, and the release mechanism was studied. Results The release rate depended on the dissolution stirring speed and the medium, and was not affected by test methods and preparation technique. The profiles of HAMT fit HIGUCHI model. Conclusion The preparation technology of HA-MT is simple and achieves the goal of sustained-release design, and the release mechanism is non-Fick release that coupled diffusion and erosion.
