摘要
大麻纤维有许多优异性能,但纤维较硬,抱合力小,纺纱有困难;棉纤维柔软,长度、细度均匀,可纺性好,能弥补大麻的不足。介绍了用大麻/棉混纺纱开发的吸湿快干针织面料,并讨论了上机编织工艺和染整处理工艺。该面料具有吸湿透气、防霉抑菌、防紫外线、抗静电、生态保健等性能,是理想的运动服装面料和夏季面料。
Hemp fiber has many excellent properties, but certain difficulties in its yarn spinning because the fiber is hard and its cohesion is weak. Cotton fiber is soft and its length and uniform fineness show excellent spinnability which can compensate the shortage of hemp fiber. In this paper a weft knitted fabric of moisture absorption and dry - quick made by using hemp/cotton blended yarn is introduced with its weft knitting technology and dying and finishing processes discussed. This fabric characteristic of special performances as moisture absorption and air permeability, anti - mildew and antibacterial, anti - ultraviolet ray, antistatic, ecological healthcare ect, is an ideal sports and summer fabric.
