摘要
介绍了一种适用于石油化学工业各种换热器、塔、管线等设备表面的溶剂型重质油垢清洗剂，分析了清洗剂的主要性能及现场应用情况。通过对该清洗剂污垢溶解能力、对碳钢等材质的腐蚀试验及药剂回收研究发现：清洗药剂对金属和垫片无腐蚀，药剂对油焦垢的最大溶解度为21．6％，在80～100℃馏程范围内回收率为74％。
In this paper, introduce a Solvent Detergent for Heavy Oil Fouling in petrochemical plant, The Functions and Application of Detergent are introuduced. The result show that Detergent has advantages of no corrosion to the equipment, no mangle the gasket, the maximal solubilization rates of Heavy Oil Fouling are 21.6% , recovery rate is 52% at 80 - 100℃.
