摘要 通过计算流体动力学软件对聚苯乙烯(PS)/超临界CO2均相熔体在快速降压口模中流动状态的数值模拟,研究了口模温度对PS/CO2均相熔体气泡成核的影响。结果表明,当其它工艺条件不变、口模温度在微孔塑料发泡温度以上时,口模温度越低,越有利于微孔发泡,即形成小尺寸、大密度的泡孔。 The influence of foaming temperature on cell nucleation in microcellular plastics extrusion processing for PS/supercritical CO2 is studied by flow status simulation with finite element software CFD. The results show that above the foaming temperature, cell size decreases and cell density increases with the decrease of die temperature.
