摘要
本文提出一种用于带电测量输电线路互感参数的新方法.该方法采用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)送出的时间同步信号作为各测量点的同步采样基准,解决了不共端线路互感参数带电测量的同时性问题.
A new method of mutual inductance measurement for multicircuit non-coterminous H-V transmission lines (MNTL)is presented in the paper. This method is able to synchronizethe samplings of voltage phasor measurement with an accuracy of less than 1 usec at two ormore remote substations by means of the global postioning system(GPS),thus solving the simultaneous problem of the mutual inductance measurement of MNTL.
