半干法烟气脱硫过程的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 对增湿脱硫实验装置进行了数值模拟研究,依据流体动力学原理建立气液固三相耦合模型:即质量、动量、能量和湍动能耗散输运方程,在构造脱硫装置的网格模型基础上,通过有限元数值计算方法,借助流体软模拟计算了反应器内的脱硫过程,考虑脱硫剂加入量、反应温度、烟气流量工艺因素的影响时该活性脱硫剂的脱硫性能,将模拟值与实测值进行了对比,误差较低,表明本模型及其参数具有一定的准确性。 This subject is for the numerical simulation of the desulfurization reactor, the theoretical model on calculation of the hydrodynamics parameters is established based on the theory of three phases flow. Here we consider the particle interation with the gas liquid flow. the mass, momentums, energy, turbulent, dissipation and transport equation are solved by finite element method. With gambit modeling software to construct the mesh of the desulfurization reactor and fluid software' s strong computing function to compute and predict the effects of additives,amount of desulfufizer,reaction temperature, flow gas rate on semi - dry desulfurization efficiency. The predicted results are agreed well with the experimental data in desulfurization reactor, applicability and reliability of this model were validated.
