摘要
示功仪采用拉线工作方式不便于实时检测和无线传输,且容易发生故障。采用无线示功仪的方法,利用DSP56F803设计了一个加速度采集分析系统,并对换向问题进行了研究,并在抽油机模拟装置上进行了反复实验。仿真表明用加速度传感器测量位移是可行的,精度能够满足工况的要求。在油田现场实验结果表明系统运行稳定,效果良好。
Most of the dynamometers in the past used cable connection method which was not convenient for real-time detection and wireless transmission, and broke down easily. The wireless dynamometer method is adopted in this paper. An acceleration acquisition and analysis system is designed by using DSP56F803 and the problem of the direction changing is researched. Experiments are made on a model which simulates the reciprocating movement of the dynamometer. The result of the simulation proves that it is feasible to use the accelerometer to measure the displacement and the accuracy can meet the requirements. The experiments at the oilfield prove that the system runs well.
