摘要
近年来,手性药物的研究已经成为国际新药研究的新方向之一,其市场逐年扩大。所以,用于手性分离的手性固定相自然引起了大家的关注。不对称合成是获得手性物质的重要方法之一,而要实现不对称合成必须得向反应体系中引入手性源。在天然存在的手性源中,α-氨基酸成为最重要的一类。文章介绍了以氨基酸为手性源的手性固定相的发展及现状。
In recent years, the research on chiral drug has become a new direction of international drug study and naturally the chiral stationary phase as separating chiral molecule has aroused attention from all analytical chemists. Asymmetric synthesis is an important way to prepare chiral materials and it needs introduce chiral source into the reaction system and α- amino acid has become the most important category in the natural chiral sources. This paper introduces the development and current situation of chiral stationary phase based on amino acid.
