摘要
提出以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)溶液代替Na2S溶液作为测定硫化物的标准溶液,解决了电位分析法中标准溶液不易配制、不稳定这一关键性问题。研究了TAA溶液的配制、稳定性、共存物的干扰及消除;此法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,线性范围10^-6-10^-1mol/L,检出限3.16×10^-7mol/L,用于水样测定,回收率99%-103%。
Thioacetamide (TAA) was proposed as the standard solution for potential analysis of sulfide instead of sodium sulfide, which solved the pivotal problem in potential analysis such as uneasy preparation and instability of standard solution. The preparation, stability, interference and elimination of coexistent elements for TAA solution have been studied. The results showed this method was simple, sensitive, accurate and fine reproducible. The linear range and detection limit were 10^-1-10^-6mol/Lmol/L and 3.16×10^-7mol/L with the recoveries of 99%-103%, respectively.
