摘要
用阳极溶出伏安法(PAS)考察了Co(Ⅱ)的电化学特性,旨在建立加氢催化剂中钴含量的PAS分析方法。实验中采用三电极系统,玻碳汞膜电极为工作电极,Pt电极为对电极,SCE为参比电极。在pH9.2的0.1mol·L^-1氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)在-0.49V处有一个灵敏的一阶导数溶出峰,该峰峰高与Co(Ⅱ)标准溶液浓度在0.509-9.10μg·mL^-1范围内有较好的线性关系,其标准曲线的相关系数为0.998,回收率在98.4%-103.9%之间,检出限为0.182μg·mL^-1。在此基础上建立了对加氢催化剂中Co(Ⅱ)含量的PAS分析方法,并用这种方法对7种加氢催化剂中的Co(Ⅱ)进行了测定,结果满意。
This paper discussed a simple, rapid and sensitive anodic stripping voltammetry(PSA) method which has been developed for investigation of the determination of trace cobalt (Ⅱ) in catalysts for hydroprocessing. In the experiments, the electrochemical behavior o{ cobalt(Ⅱ) with three-electrode-system was studied. In 0.1mol·L^-1 NH3·H2O-NH4CI(pH=9.2)solution, sensitive voltammetric wave of Co(Ⅱ) was presented at about -0.49V(vs. SCE). The response was linear from 0.509μg·mL^-1 to 9.10μg·mL^-1(r=0.998), with the detection limit of 0.182μg·mL^-1.
