基于CAE技术的汽车安全气囊建模方法比较研究

摘要 比较了直接折叠和初始矩阵法两种气囊建模方法。结果表明:对于外形和折叠方式复杂的"三维"安全气囊建模,运用初始矩阵法进行建模可以部分地实现自动建模,有效地减少建模时间,提高所得到有限元网格的均匀性。 Two airbag modeling methods of direct modeling and initial metric method are compared. The result shows that initial metric method can improve modeling efficiency and produce a more uniform reference mash with an automated airbag model, especially for the airbag that has complicated shape and folding style.
