摘要 目的探讨特异识别大鼠的NeuN、GFAP抗体对小鼠、猫脊髓神经元和星形胶质细胞的识别程度。方法选取正常大鼠、小鼠、猫的脊髓,运用免疫组化二步法分别行NeuN与GFAP染色,观察两种抗体在三种动物脊髓中的表达情况。结果NeuN特异识别大鼠、小鼠脊髓神经元,但不识别猫脊髓神经元。GFAP可特异识别大鼠、小鼠脊髓的星形胶质细胞,部分识别猫脊髓的星形胶质细胞。结论特异性识别大鼠的NeuN、GFAP抗体对小鼠、猫脊髓的识别程度存在一定差异。 Objective To investgate the specificity of NeuN and GFAP antibodies to the spinal cords among rat, mouse, and cat. Method The spinal cord were harvested from rat, mouse, and eat, then sectioned into 20μm frozen section. This was followed by staining against rat using NeuN and GFAP antibody. The specific reaction and the distribution of positive products were abserved with microscope. Results Specific immunoreaetive products for NeuN were seen both in mouse and rat, but not cat, where as they are posive reacting for GFAP, while the GFAP antibody recognize the astrocyte of rat and mouse but cat partially. Conclusion The NeuN and GFAP antibodies which specificitly recognize the neuron and astrocyte of rat have differential specificity of the spinal cord a- mong rat, mouse, and cat.
