摘要 目的评价MIIGX3(minimally-invasive injectable graft X3)对动力髋螺钉(DHS)固定骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的强化作用。方法采用配对设计,将10对股骨标本随机分为骨折模型抗扭和抗压2组。在2组制成EvansⅣ型的不稳定粗隆间骨折模型的一侧直接置入DHS内固定为对照组,另一侧注入MIIGX3后再置入DHS内固定为强化组。并分别进行扭转加载试验及轴向压缩试验,比较强化组与对照组的生物力学性能。结果表明强化组在抗扭转和抗压方面均比对照组更具有优势,经统计显示有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论MIIGX3能够加强DHS对骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的固定作用。 Objective To determine if MIIGX3(minimally-invasive injectable graft X3) can enhance DHS(dynamic hip screw) fixation in the osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures. Method Using a paired experimental design, 10 matched pairs of specimen femurs were randomly divided into 2 groups. After the Evans IV fracture models were made, one side was instrumented with DHS directly (control group), while the contra-lateral side was screwed and augmented by MIIGX3 (augmentation group). And each matched pairs of the fracture models tested in two modes: (1) the anti-axial compression tests; (2) the anti-torsion tests. Then the biomechanical characteristics were compared between the control group and the augmentation group. Result Experimental results showed the augmentation group had more advantages than the control group in anti-bending and anti-pressure(P〈0.05). Conclusion The study demonstrated that MIIGX3 can enhance DHS fixation in the osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures.
