摘要
研究了汽车镁合金部件经不同化学处理法获得的转化膜与涂料配套后的耐腐蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对镁合金部件化学转化膜的形貌进行观察。结果表明,镁合金部件经铬酸处理获得的转化膜与阴极电泳涂料配套耐盐雾腐蚀性能虽然比较好,但铬酸处理法工艺中使用的六价铬具有毒性,污染环境。镁合金部件采用磷酸盐-高锰酸盐处理、铁系磷化处理、非铬酸处理法获得的化学转化膜与溶剂型聚酯涂料、粉末涂料配套耐盐雾腐蚀性能优于或者与铬酸处理相当,均可替代铬酸处理,能够满足汽车镁合金部件涂装质量要求。
The corrosion resistance of various chemical conversion coatings on automotive magnesium parts in combination with paintings was investigated, and the morphologies of the chemical conversion coatings on Mg alloy were observed using a scanning electron microscope. It was found that the chromate conversion coating on magnesium alloy parts had better corrosion resistance when combined with cathode electrophoresis painting.Unfortunately, hex-valence Cr used for preparing chromate conversion coating is toxic and causes pollution to environment. After chemical conversion treatment by phosphate-permanganate, iron series phosphating, and non-dichromate, the resulting conversion films in combination with solvent-type polyester paintings and powder paintings had better and comparable corrosion resistance than chromate conversion film, and they could be used to replace chromate conversion coatings of the automotive parts made of Mg alloy.
