摘要
以菠萝品种"澳大利亚卡因"为材料,研究地膜覆盖对秋、冬季节植株叶片及根系相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,地膜覆盖降低了菠萝叶片细胞膜的透性;在一定程度上增加了叶片叶绿素a及叶绿素b的含量,并提高了叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值;降低了叶片及根系的MDA含量,同时提高了叶片及根系的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量;地膜覆盖后菠萝叶片及根系的SOD、POD及CAT的活性增强。
Pineapple Cayenne was planted with plastic film mulching to observe several physiological indexes of pineapple plant in autumn and winter. The results showed that plastic film mulching reduced the cell membrane permeability of pineapple leaves, increased the content of chlorophyll a, b and the ratio of a/b, decreased the content of MDA, increased the content of soluble sugar and protein, and enhanced the activities of SOD, POD and CAT in pineapple leaves and roots.
