摘要
逆向工程作为产品制造的一种手段,可以对符合要求的汽车覆盖件进行测量,并反求出实物的三维模型。采用逆向工程技术,通过ATOS光学扫描仪得到覆盖件的点云图,在软件Imageware中处理测量的点云数据,在UG中完成三维模型重构等工作,最后对三维模型的精度进行了检测。
The reverse engineering is considered one means of manufacture. It can measure the part of the automotive panel and reconstruct its model. The panel point cloud data were got by the ATOS laser scan instrument using the reverse engineering technology and were processed in Imageware software. The 3D model of panel was set up in UG by the curve and surface modeling and 3D model reconstructing, the 3D model precision was inspected.
