摘要 给出了一种高速开关阀阀控气缸系统的单端封闭PWM开关控制工作模式,并根据系统的传递函数模型运用仿真的方法得到了动态及静态特性,在此基础上提出单端封闭的阀控气缸系统控制方法,在所搭建装置上进行的实验表明:该装置可实现单端封闭气缸活塞位置的PWM定位控制,验证了所提出方法的可行性,为高速开关阀的PWM气动位置/压力控制系统构建提供了理论分析和设计基础。 The on-off running mode was introduced for a cylinder system controlled by high speed on-off valve with a closed terminal, and the transfer function was obtained in simulation. Its dynamic and static feactures were provided by simulation, and a control method of cylinder system controlled by high speed on-off valve with a closed terminal was provided. The experimental result shows that PWM position fix of the cylinder with a closed terminal can be implemented by the device, which validates the feasibility of the method.
