摘要
干式预选是目前选矿厂广泛采用的物理分选方法,预选能力及效果对选厂的生产能力及经济效益产生很大的影响。本文对大型干式预选磁滚筒的结构和磁系进行了研究,研制成功了国内最大规格的CT-1424永磁磁滚筒,并对选别效果进行了考查与分析。CT-1424永磁磁滚筒处理量大,磁性能好,结构可靠,可用于大型选厂围岩废石中回收磁铁矿。
Dry pre-magnetic separation is used widely in concentrator at present,the capacity and effect impact the throughput and economy benefit of concentrator. This paper studies the structure and magnetic system of permanent magnetic pulley and develops CT - 1424 permanent magnetic pulley which is one of the most specification pulleys at home. The industry test and analysis of the pulley are carried out to examine the separation effect. The CT- 1424 permanent magnetic pulley with the advantage of large throughout and fine magnetic performance can be used to recovery magnetite from waste and wall rock.
