论述了房地产项目中影响工程造价的各阶段的管理,提出必须对项目投资实施全过程有效的成本控制,提高投资和社会效益。
This paper expounds the influences of the management in each stage of the construction on the construction cost of real estate project, and points out that the effective cost control must be implemented in the total process of project investment to improve the investment and social benefit.
