In the project supervising in municipal engineering, the ＂coordination of relations＂ play an important role, through the coordination of internal supervision, the four control of relationship, the relationship between the parties participation, the project surrounding the relationship between the commissioner, in order to effectively circumvent the liability risks and improve performance of the commissioner, do a good job project management services.
