摘要
为了提高土壤的压实质量和压实效率,应用专有技术设计研制了仿冲击工业样机,并对工业样机的压实性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:当虚铺层厚度为60—70 cm,当振幅为4 mm,仿冲击振动压实6遍时,土壤在20 cm和30 cm深度处的压实度分别为85.53%、84.87%;仿冲击振动压实12遍时,土壤在20 cm和30 cm深度处的压实度分别为89.47%和86.88%,比原机的压实度分别提高了4.65%和5.51%。
In order to improve the compaction quality and compaction efficiency of soil, Impact-like industrial prototype is designed by apply patent technology, and some experiments on Impact-like industrial prototype is made to study compaction performance. The results shows that when the layer thickness is 60-70 cm and the amplitude is 4 mm, the compaction degree is 85.53%, 84.87% at the depth of 20 cm, 30 cm at the 6th pass, respectively. The compaction degree is 89.47%, 86.88% at the twelfth pass. Compared with the same tonnage vibratory roller, the compaction degree increase by 4.65 %, 5.51%, respectively.
