含GA_3的预处理液对百合切花的保鲜效应 被引量:5

摘要 采用预处理液[40 g/L蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+60 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)]对百合切花进行保鲜效应研究,预处理液保鲜效果明显,能延长切花瓶插寿命3 d,增加鲜重,增加花瓣可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质含量,改善体内水分平衡,提高过氧化物酶(POD)活性,降低脯氨酸的含量,从而改善切花品质,延缓衰老进程。 The pre-treatment solution with 40 g/L sucrose + 300 mg/L 8-HQC + 60 mg/L Al2 (SO4)3 + 100 mg L GA3 was tested in fresh preservation of lily cutting flowers. The results showed that the solution could improve the quality of cutting flowers and prolong 3 d of its vase-holding life by increasing fresh weight, content of soluble sugar and protein of the petals, improving water balance in cutting flowers, raising its POD activity and reducing its proline content.
