摘要
消费率走低事关我国经济社会的发展全局,这是由我国所处的工业化、城市化加速发展的特定阶段、"GDP崇拜"的发展观及地方政府主导的外向型经济发展战略三大因素相互耦合的结果。应从国情出发,认真落实科学发展观,切实转变政府职能,转变经济发展方式,解决消费率走低的问题。
The problem of low consumption rate is major issue closing our country economic and social development. It is the result of the coupling of such three factors： the developing Stage of the accelerating development of industrialization and urbanization, the developing concept of the adoration of GDR the local government governing and extroversion type economic developing strategy .In order to solve this problem, we should set off from our country＇s specific national condition of specially appointed development of our country ,ascertain that scientific developing concept practically alter the functions of the government, active turn around economy develops way carefully.
