摘要 立式油罐是石油、化工等行业油品储运的重要容器,因此其容量计量的准确度至关重要。该文针对立式油罐容量测量的实际需要,研制一种小型的立式金属罐爬壁机器人代替人工检定。其测控系统以单片机89S51为核心,并配备多种传感器,实施遥控操作。现场实验表明,该机器人自动化程度高、运动稳定可靠、定位精度高,大幅度提高了油罐检定效率。 The oil tank is an important container for oil storage and transport in the petroleum or chemical industry. The accurate measurement of its capacity is the most important. According to the actual requirement for measuring its capacity, a kind of wall - climbing robot is designed to replace human beings to making the measurement. The 89S51 single -chip computer is used as the core of a measurement and control system, and various sensors are applied to the robot under remote control. Field experiments indicate that the robot is provided with a high -automatic level, high -presision localization and stable movement, thus greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the tank capacity measurement.
