摘要
35日龄100羽伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。试验第17天,对2组鸡作血清中尿酸、钙、磷、肌酐和尿素氮的测定,并各组剖检5只鸡,用原位缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)对肾小管细胞凋亡细胞进行染色和计数,计算凋亡细胞百分率。结果表明,与对照组相比,高钙组血清无机磷显著降低,血清钙、尿酸、肌酐和尿素氮显著升高。与对照组相比,高钙组肾小管凋亡细胞百分率显著升高。
One hundred healthy growers of 35 days of old were randomly divided into two groups. The growers in different groups were fed with normal calcium diet (control, 1.00% calcium), high calcium diet (HC, 3.78% calcium) respectively. At the end of experiment, electrolytes of serum were detected. 5 growers in each group were dissected. TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay was used to detect apoptosis of renal tubular cells. The results showed serum urine acid, calcium, creatinine and urea nitrogen increased in the HC group,meanwhile,serum phosphorus decreased in the HC group as compared with the control. The rate of apoptosis of renal tubular cells increased in the HC group as compared with the control. In conclusion,high calcium diet could cause renal injury and increase the apoptosis of renal tubular ceils in growers.
