摘要
【目的】了解婴儿家长的健康教育需求和乐意接受的健康教育形式,分析家长文化程度和职业对健康需求的影响,为今后更好地开展健康教育提供依据。【方法】采用无记名的方式对127名婴儿家长进行选择型问卷调查。【结果】早期教育和智力开发的需求排在首位,占85.8%,其次是喂养知识(59.1%)、便秘与腹泻(56.7%)、睡眠问题(53.5%)和营养问题(52.8%)。不同职业对健康教育的需求没有影响,除早期教育与智力开发与家长文化程度有显著相关,其它方面的需求与家长文化程度均无相关性。【结论】明确不同家长的健康教育需求,选择合适的健康教育形式,加强对早期教育和智力开发重要性的宣传。
[Objective] To investigate the infant parents' demands and methods they like to accept for health education and the influence of parents' education degree and profession on demands, in order to provide the evidence for future health education. [Method] 127 infants' parents were investigated with anonymity. [Results] The first demand was early education and intelligence exploitation, taking up 85.8%, then were feeding knowledge(59.1% ),constipation and diarrhea(56.7% ), sleeping problem(53.5% ) and nutrition problem(52.8%). Except the significant difference between parents' education degree and the demands on early education and intelligence exploitation, there was no significant relation between demands and parents' profession and their education degree. [Conclusion] It is necessary to indentify the demands for health education of different parents, select appropriate education methods and strengthen the importance of early education and intelligence exploitation.
