摘要
通过田间试验,应用PLFAs方法,并结合生物多样性指数测度法,研究有机肥与化肥配施对烤烟土壤微生物群落动态变化及一些特征PLFA生物标记含量的影响。研究结果表明:与纯化肥相比,有机肥与化肥配施可明显提高土壤微生物Shannon-Wiener(H)多样性指数、丰富度指数(S)和Pielou均匀度(J)及Simpson优势度指数(D),且25%鸡粪+化肥的处理优于25%饼肥+化肥的处理;在烤烟整个生长发育过程中,各处理土壤中总PLFAs和各特征PLFA,如:16:0、18:1w9c、17:010Me、16:010Me、16:1w5c和18:1w7c等的相对生物量,均在烤烟生长后期达到最高值;且配施有机肥的处理总是高于纯化肥处理(CK)。除甲烷氧化菌的特征PLFA16:1w5c含量是25%饼肥+化肥的处理大于25%鸡粪+化肥处理外,其它特征PLFA,如:硫酸还原细菌(SRB)PLFA16:010Me和厌氧细菌PLFA18:1w7c生物含量皆为25%鸡粪+化肥处理大于25%饼肥+化肥处理。
Effects of combining application of organic and chemical fertilizers on the diversity dynamics of microbial community and the specific PLFAs biomarker in the soil of the flue-cured tobacco were studied by the PLFAs method and the diversities indexes of ecology.The results showed that the effects of combining application of different kinds of organic and chemical fertilizers on the diversities indexes were different during in the course of growth period for the flue-cured.It was clear that combining application of organic and chemical fertilizers could improve the value of Shannon-Wiener(H),the abundance(S),Pielou evenness(J)and Simpson index(D),and the treatment of the chicken litter was better than the treatment of cake fertilizers.The total biomass of PLFAs and the specific PLFA,such as 16:0,18:1w9c,17:0 10Me,16:0 10Me,16:1w5c and 18:1w7c so on,were all reach the highest amount at the maturity stage of the flue-cured.At the same time,those treated with the pure chemical fertilizer were all lower than organic and chemical fertilizers treatments.The amount of Sulfate Reducing Bacteria PLFAs biomarkers 16:0 10Me and Anaerobe's PLFAs biomarkers 18:1ω7c in the treatment of chicken litter were higher than that in other treatments,but the amount of 16:1ω5c which was Methanotrophs's PLFAs biomarkers in the treatment of cake fertilizers was higer than that in other treatments.
