低功耗RFID射频接口电路的设计

摘要 介绍了RFID Tag结构,阐述了基于ISO/IEC 15693协议RFID无源芯片射频接口设计的关键技术,提出了电源产生电路、调制解调电路和时钟产生电路设计的优化方法。仿真验证结果表明设计的射频接口电路具有低功耗、高性能、高可靠性等特点,满足设计要求。 This paper introduces RFID tag construction, and addresses the key technology of RF interface circuit design on the basis of ISO/IEC 15693 protocol RFID passive tag, and presents design optimization methods of Power generation circuit, Modulation & Demodulation circuit and Clock generation circuit. Emulation proves that RF interface circuit is low power and high performance and high reliability, and meets the design requirement.
