温州蜜柑枳高砧的抗寒生理 被引量:7

摘要 以权高砧和积低砧温州蜜柑宫川品种为试材,分析比较了越冬期间叶片淀粉和可溶性糖的含量变化、不饱和脂肪酸的组成、枝梢与叶片组织的电解质渗出率。结果表明权高砧植株淀粉及可溶性糖的含量、脂肪酸的IUFA值、亚麻酸/(亚油酸十油酸)值均与植株抗寒性加强相关;而枝、叶组织在一15’C低温处理下的电解质渗出率则明显降低。该研究结果从生理生化的角度进一步查明了积高砧抗寒的原因。 High and low bud-union Miyagawa trees (Citrus unshiu Marc. )on P. trifoliata were used to monitor the changes of starch and soluble sugar contents,to detect the composition of fatty acids and to compare the electrolyte leaching rate. The results showed thatthe increments of starch and soluble sugar levels as well as the higher IUFA value and ratioof 18: 3/(18: 2+18: 1) fatty acids for high bud-union trees were correlated with the coldhardening, and the electrolyte leaching rates from leaves and stems after-15℃ freezingtreatment were lower than those for low bud-union trees.
