摘要
人为诱导大白菜干烧心病发生,通过超速离心制备心叶组织细胞膜微囊,测定各细胞器膜的Ca2+-ATPase活性变化。结果表明,随缺钙天数增加,细胞膜总Ca2+-ATPase、PM-Ca2+-ATPase和TN-Ca2+-ATPase活性迅速上升,在处理后第3天达到高峰,随后逐渐下降,而潜在性Ca2+-ATPase活性却呈逐渐上升趋势。同时,细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量逐渐增大,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性则逐渐下降。推测该病的发生与细胞膜钙泵活性变化诱导的钙的第二信使功能有关。
An incidence of tipburn of Chinese cabbage was induced using hydroponic cultrue system with Ca absence in the medium. The changes of Ca2+-ATPase in inner leaves during development of tipburn were delermined following ultracentrafugation methods. Results showed that the activites of total Ca2+-ATPase, PM-Ca2+-ATPase and TN-Ca2+-ATPase increased rapully during the first three days of Caabsent culture. Subsequently,these activities dropped rapidly. However, mitochondrial Ca2+-ATPase activity showed no significant change. Latent Ca2+-ATPase of membranes increased during the treatment. Simultaneously, membrane permerbility and peroxidation of lips was hastened, and the content of propanedialdehyde increased. In contrast, SOD and POD activities were inhibited. These results indicat that Ca-deficiency affected Ca-signal transduction, resulting in the destroy of cellular functions.
