摘要
以BaCl2、TiCl4、SrCl2为原料,以NaOH为沉淀剂,利用微波加热技术在低温常压下快速制备出了Ba1-xSrxTiO3系列纳米粉体。应用XRD、TEM等对粉体的结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明,在80℃左右,pH为14,5~10min内即制备出颗粒大小分布均匀、粒径在50nm的高纯Ba1-xSrxTiO3(0≤x≤1)纳米粉体,该方法合成粉体属于立方相钙钛矿晶体结构,粒子形状近似为球形。粉体经过干压成型后在1180℃烧结,所得钛酸钡陶瓷的相对密度达到96.3%。
The synthesis of barium strontium titanate ( Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (0 ≤ x≤1 ) ) nanopowders has been investigated under microwave-low temperature and conditions in the temperature 80℃ using BaCl2, and TiCl4 as Ba and Ti sources, and NaOH as the precipitant, respectively. The crystallized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The experimental results showed that the prepared BST nanopowders with higher purity and particle sizes of 50 nm and almost spherical particle shape by the microwave-low temperature process are cubic phase, however, the microwave- low temperature synthesis route is rapid( only 5-10 min). The powder could be sintered to a relative density of 96.3% when sintered at 1180℃.
