摘要
目的归纳总结乳晕双环切口在乳房手术中的应用,探讨手术方法及其理论基础。方法针对巨乳症6例与单纯乳房下垂的10例患者,采用乳晕双环切口分别行巨乳缩小与垂乳悬吊术,以恢复乳房的正常形态。结果3例切口延迟愈合,经Ⅱ期瘢痕修复愈合。16例获随访6个月,乳头及乳晕功能正常。结论乳晕双环切口可用于垂乳悬吊和巨乳缩小,但仅适应于轻、中度病例,对重度病例也可应用。该手术方法设计简单,操作灵活,切口隐蔽,外形恢复较好。
Objective To sum up the applications of bi - loop incision around areola in breast operation, to explore some operational procedures and theoretical basises. Methods Procedure through bi - loop incision around areola was utilized on 16 patients which included reduction mammaplasty （6 cases） and breast ptosis surgery （10 cases） to recover the mammary normal shape. Results The postoperative outcomes were satisfactory with no necrosis of nipples and areola or other complications occurred. Conclusion Round block technique （with bi - loop incision） can be used in both reduction mammaplasty and breast ptosis surgery whether it is mild, moderate or severe. It is characterized with simple design, flexible operational procedure, masked incision and satisfactory feature.
