摘要
姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的活性单体成分,具有抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗炎症及抗微生物等多种药理作用,且无明显毒副作用。目前,姜黄素在眼科的应用也取得了一定的进展,包括抑制翼状胬肉成纤维细胞增生,抑制角膜和视网膜新生血管生成,抑制晶状体上皮细胞增殖,抑制视网膜色素上皮细胞增殖,预防白内障及防治增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等。
Curcumin was separated from curcuma and has extensive pharmacological activities, such as antifibrotic effects, antitumor, anti-inflammation and antimicrobic activity. Recently curcumin has been used in ophthalmology, such as the inhibitory effect on proliferation of human pterygium fibroblasts, anti-neovascularization of cornea and retina, the inhibitory effect on proliferation of lens epithelial ceils for prevention and cure of cataract and the inhibitory effect on proliferation of retinal pigment epithelial cells for prevention and cure of proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
