3种方法检测产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of detection of extended-spectrum-β- lactamases -producing bacteria

摘要 目的比较三种方法对临床分离大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌中产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检出率。方法采用VIKET2全自动微生物鉴定仪(仪器法)、纸片扩散法确证法(确证法)、双纸片扩散协同法(协同法)进行试验。结果仪器法、确证法、协同法检测ESBLs菌株阳性率分别为45.2%、51.0%和42.3%,结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论仪器法、确证法和协同法对检测ESBLs菌株阳性率差异无统计学意义,各实验室可根据各自的条件而选择不同的方法。 Objective To compare three methods for detection of extended-spectrum-β-lactamases-producing (ESBLs) Escherichia Coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods ESBLs-bactreia were detected by VIKET2 AES, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test. Results The ESBLs positive rate of Vitek2 AES,disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test were 45.2%,51.0%,and 42.3% respectively, and there were no significantly different among the three methods (P〉0.05). Conclusions Vitek2 AES, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test have no obviously change to detect ESBLs, each laboratories could choose different methods accord to its conditions.
