摘要 以脚手架扣件铸件为原型,运用三维扫描测量设备进行测量,获得产品表面数据。采用逆向工程软件Imageware对所测得的数据运用曲率分析的方法进行分割,然后对点云进行曲面重建,得到CAD模型。在此基础上,优化了冲压方向,相应地对CAD模型进行工艺性修改。采用板料成形有限元软件Dynaform对该模型进行了模拟仿真,结果表明修改后的形状成形性良好。以模拟结果为依据,设计出模具,生产出了合格产品。 Aiming at the casting for scaffold couplers, the data of product surface was obtained using the three dimensional measurement equipment. The measured data was divided using curvature analysis method and the CAD model was acquired by constructing surfaces from the point cloud data using the reverse engineering software-Imageware. Then, the stamping direction was optimized and the CAD model was modified according to the forming process. The CAD model was numerically simulated by the software Dynaform, the results show that the formability is good. On the basis of the analysis results, the mold was designed, which made quality products.
