摘要
目的:研究聚 D-色氨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备条件及该修饰电极的应用。方法:在含有2.50×10^(-3) mol·L^(-1)D-色氨酸的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,用循环伏安法,研究了聚合 D-色氨酸的最佳条件;用示差脉冲伏安法测定盐酸氨溴索。结果:在玻碳电极上修饰 D-色氨酸的最佳条件是:在2.5×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1) D-色氨酸的 PBS(pH=4.0)中用循环伏安法修饰16圈。于 PBS(pH=8.0)中测定盐酸氨溴索,测定的线性范围为:7.20×10^(7)~1.68×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),检出限为2.4×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)。结论:制得的聚 D-色氨酸修饰电极具有较好的稳定性和重现性,且制作方法简便,用于盐酸氨溴索的测定具有较宽的线性范围和较低的检出限,建立了一种测定药物的新方法。
Objective : It had been researched that all kinds of the conditions for the preparation poly - D - trypto- phan modified glassy carbon electrode and it's application. Methods:The optimal condition for poly -D -tryptophan had been studied by cyclic voltammetry in the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) consisting 2.50 ×10-3mol·L-1 D - tryptophan. The detection of ambroxol had been researched by differential pulse voltammetry. Results:The opti- alal conditions for the preparation of poly - D - tryptophan modified glassy carbon electrode was to modify the elec- trode for sixteen circles in PBS (pH =4. 0) consisting 2.50 ×10-3mol·L-1D -tryptophan by cyclic voltammetry. The modified electrode was applied to detect ambroxol in PBS (pH 8.0 ) ;the linear range was 7.20×10-7-1.68×10-5mol·L-1 and the detection limit was 2.4×10-7mol·L-1. Conclusions:The poly -D- tryptophan modi- fied glassy carbon electrode had good stability and reproducibility and facility for fabrication and detection of ambroxol had wide linear range with lower determination limit. A new method for analyses medication had been found.
