不同电极加工的异形喷丝孔对纤维异形度的影响

Dependence of fiber profile degree on profiled spinneret orifices machined with different electrodes

摘要 采用铜电极及银电极加工的三叶形微孔喷丝板进行PET纺丝,探讨了不同电极加工的微孔伴随工艺条件的变化对纤维异形度的影响。结果表明:在相同的纺丝工艺条件下,银电极比铜电极加工出的微孔纺制的纤维异形度高。在不同工艺条件下,铜电极及银电极加工的微孔对纤维异形度的影响具有一致性,采用银电极加工微孔有利于提高异形纤维的异形度。 The trilobal spinneret orifices machined with copper electrode and silver electrode were used to spin PET fiber. The dependence of fiber profile degree on the spinneret orifices machined with different electrodes was discussed under different process conditions. The results showed that the orifice machined with silver electrode produced higher fiber profile degree than the orifice machined with copper electrode under the same spinning conditions. The spinneret orifices machined with copper electrode and silver electrode had the same effect on the fiber profile degree under different process conditions. The orifice machined with silver electrode was helpful to improving fiber profile degree.
