摘要
研究了纳米TiO2协同γ辐射处理造纸废水的影响因素和可行性。试验分别以造纸原水、厌氧出水、好氧出水作为处理对象,采用P25型纳米TiO2和60Co辐射装置。试验发现:γ辐射对造纸原水的处理效果良好,在吸收剂量为1 kGy时化学需氧量(COD)的去除率达到29.5%;纳米TiO2的加入和纯氧曝气能明显提高对造纸废水的处理效果。当纳米TiO2的投加量为1g/L、曝气量(纯氧)为0.5L/min、吸收剂量为1 kGy时,组合工艺对原水、厌氧出水、好氧出水的COD去除率分别提高到68.85%、50.0%和42.86%。
The factors influencing 7 irradiation treatment of paper mill effluent with TiO2 nano particles (Degussa, P-25 type) before and after biological treatment were investigated experimentally. The sample effluents were irradiated in a ^60Co γ irradiation facility. The results show that γ irradiation at an absorbed dosage of 1 kGy can be used to effectively treat high strength paper mill effluents with a chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency of 29. 5%. The addition of 1 g/L TiO2 nano particles in combination with 0.5 L/min pure oxygen aeration and 1 kGy γ irradiation significantly enhances the treatment of the paper mill effluent, with a COD removal efficiency of 68.85% for the paper mill influent, 50.0% for an anaerobic effluent and 42.86% for an aerobic effluent.
