摘要
阐述了矿用电动机保护技术及监控系统研究的现状,根据矿井环境特点,设计了矿用电动机保护器及光纤监控系统。系统能够通过单片机对电机信号进行采集和处理,实现对其故障的判断和保护,采用光纤传输实现了人机交互控制,通过串口通信实时监控电动机的运行状况。经分析表明,该光纤监控系统能在矿井恶劣环境和强电磁干扰下,有效地保护矿用电动机。
This paper expounds the research status of mine-used motor protection and the monitoring system. According to the mine environmental characteristics, the mine-used motor protector and the optical fiber monitoring system are designed. This system can realize themotor signal acquisition and processing based on MCU, so as to achieve the fault diagnosis and protection of the motor: In addition, it adopts optical fiber transmission to realize the manmachine interactive control and uses serial communication on PC to realize the real-time monitoring of motor operation status. The analysis shows that the fiber monitoring system can protect the motor effectively under harsh environment and strong electromagnetic interference.
